Mr. Muye holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.)  Degree from Kenyatta University. He holds a Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law, and is certified and trained in Civil Procedure Rules, 2010 by National Legal Aid & Awareness Programme in collaboration with Bridging Divides through Accountable Governance (BDAG) Programme.

Mr. Muye was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in November 2025. Prior to his admission, he undertook his Legal Internship in the firm of E.W Munyari in 2012, in the Office of the Attorney General, National Legal Aid & Awareness Programme (NALEAP) in 2013, in the firm of M.W Thairu, HSC Advocates in 2019 and pupillage in the firm of H.A MWADZOGO & Company Advocates in 2022. Mr. Muye joined the firm in 2024, and he has been in active practice since then.

Mr. Muye specializes in Civil litigation, Criminal litigation, Conveyancing, Commercial Transaction, Intellectual Property and Consultancy. He has vast experience in these fields of Law. He has handled several clients in issues arising out of these fields of law and has successfully litigated in disputes emanating from these fields of law.
